Children Welcome

Minimum Length of stay 3 nights

Check-in: 3.00pm.  Check-out: 11.00am

Smoking and Vaping are permitted on the balconies and verandas only

Although we love animals and furries; your pets are not allowed

Any extra guests other than those booked and paid for will be charged at the printed rates

Total number of residents cannot exceed six (6)

Visitors not staying cannot exceed six and must leave by midnight

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance will be payable 30 days prior to your arrival. Authorization will be required on check-in for a US$500 Damage Security Deposit.

Guests assume responsibility for damage and/or loss to the Property and Property Contents occurring during their stay as a result of their actions. Guests are not held responsible for normal wear and tear of fixtures. Guests are expected to check the Property on arrival and in the unlikely event that something is damaged or broken, they should immediately report same to the management of Colibri Court.

Cancellation Policy

60 days or more, prior to your arrival your deposit will be fully refundable

30 – 59 days prior to your arrival 50% refunded

29 days or less your deposit will be non-refundable

Travel Insurance

Guests are advised to get travel insurance to cover unforeseen issues.
